User Research and Ideation As the UI Designer for TravelExplorer, Robert initiated the project by conducting extensive user research to understand the needs and preferences of travelers. He identified pain points in the current travel planning process and collaborated with the client to define the platform's target audience and goals. Robert organized brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and features that would enhance the travel planning and exploration experience.
